VitalOS Support
VitalOS is launching first on iOS. Please keep personal health data out of public issues, screenshots, and shared channels.
For support, privacy questions, or data issue reports, email akcoder303@gmail.com.
Reporting A Data Issue
If a real Apple Health number looks wrong in VitalOS:
- Re-sync HealthKit in the app.
- Compare the same date in Apple Health.
- Include what Apple Health showed and what VitalOS showed.
- Share a QA export only if requested for beta debugging.
QA exports may include health samples. Do not post them publicly or in group channels.
What To Include
- iPhone model and iOS version.
- Apple Watch model and watchOS version, if applicable.
- VitalOS build number.
- The date range where the issue appeared.
- Whether Apple Health shows the expected value for the same date range.
What Not To Include Publicly
- Raw HealthKit exports.
- Screenshots with identifiable health data unless you have redacted them.
- TestFlight invite links or private beta group details.
- Secrets, API keys, tokens, or internal logs.
Sign-In Help
Open magic-link emails on the iPhone where VitalOS is installed. If the link opens the browser instead of VitalOS on that iPhone, tap Open VitalOS on the bridge page. If the link has expired, request a new magic link from the Account screen.
